Town Ray Holdings has proposed the appointment of three long-serving senior managers as executive directors, subject to shareholder approval at its 27 May 2026 annual general meeting. Research and development director Lee Pak Man, accounting director Tung Ming Yiu, and another internal candidate, Luk Hok Keung, are slated to join the board upon conclusion of the meeting.

Lee, with more than 34 years of product engineering and development experience, currently oversees R&D, production engineering and quality technical support, while also serving as legal representative of key Mainland China subsidiaries. Tung brings over two decades of accounting and finance experience, having risen through the finance ranks of the group to become accounting director, and their elevation to the board signals a consolidation of operational and financial expertise at the top level that may strengthen governance continuity and execution of the company’s strategy.
