Town Health International Medical Group Ltd. has announced a connected transaction involving a new tenancy agreement with CLIS, for leasing premises from October 2024 to March 2027. The agreement, which is linked to the company’s significant shareholder China Life Insurance, involves recognizing an estimated right-of-use asset value of approximately HK$6.3 million. The transaction falls within reporting requirements but is exempt from the need for independent shareholder approval.
