Town Health International Medical Group Ltd. has announced a significant change in its corporate structure with the resignation of Mr. Kwok Chung On from the roles of company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent, effective from 18 June 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. Lo Wai Keung Eric, who brings over 17 years of legal experience in corporate finance matters. The company has expressed its appreciation for Mr. Kwok’s contributions and welcomes Mr. Lo to his new position.
