Tower Resources PLC, an AIM-listed oil and gas firm focusing on Africa, announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting. Shareholders showed strong support with at least 86.5% voting in favor of each resolution. The company is advancing its Cameroon operations for rapid production and is also exploring opportunities in Namibia and South Africa.
