Tourism Holdings Rentals Limited has announced the issue of 440,000 unquoted equity securities under an employee incentive scheme on June 17, 2024. These securities are options with varying expiration dates and prices, which will be subject to transfer restrictions and not quoted on the ASX until those restrictions end.
