Tourism Holdings Limited has confirmed the expiry of 410,000 unlisted long-term incentive (LTI) options that were originally issued under its 2017 Long Term Incentive Scheme, representing 3.80% of that options class. The options were not exercised and/or did not meet vesting conditions and have therefore lapsed in accordance with the scheme rules, leaving 10,390,001 unlisted options outstanding in the class following the change, as approved by directors’ resolutions.
