Touchstone Exploration Inc. has announced the lapse of its acquisition offer for Trinity Exploration & Production plc, following the withdrawal of the proposed scheme. The termination of the deal comes with the closure of the Co-operation Agreement, in line with its terms. Touchstone, a Canadian energy company traded on the Toronto and London stock exchanges, remains focused on its petroleum and natural gas ventures in Trinidad and Tobago.
