Touchstone Exploration (TSE:TXP) has released an update.
Touchstone Exploration Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Primera Oil and Gas Limited, has secured Exploration and Production Licences for the Cipero and Charuma blocks in Trinidad and Tobago, effective from July 1, 2024. The company has an 80 percent operating interest in these blocks, with the remaining 20 percent held by the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago. Over the initial six-year term, Touchstone is committed to various geological studies, seismic reprocessing, and exploratory drilling, with financial obligations totaling US$2.2 million for Cipero and US$4.8 million for Charuma.
