Touchstone Executives Buy Shares Under Employee Plan

Touchstone Exploration (TSE:TXP) has released an update.

Touchstone Exploration Inc. reported that its management has made purchases of common shares under the company’s Employee Share Purchase Plan at a consistent price of C$0.60 per share with varying volumes on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The transactions involved key executives including the CEO, CFO, and EVPs of Engineering and BD, and Asset Development and HSE. Touchstone is a Calgary-based oil and natural gas company with operations in Trinidad and Tobago, with shares traded on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
