Touch Ventures Ltd. (AU:TVL) has released an update.
Touch Ventures Ltd., an ASX-listed investment holding company, reported a slight decrease in its Net Tangible Asset (NTA) Backing from A$110.3m in the previous month to A$109.7m as of 31 May 2024. The reduction in NTA per share from A$0.156 to A$0.153 was primarily due to operating expenses and unrealised foreign currency adjustments. Additionally, the company anticipates a material negative impact on its investment in Sendle following the latter’s ongoing capital raising efforts.
