Totally PLC, a UK-based healthcare and wellbeing service provider, has announced the appointment of Bob Forsyth as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, effective from July 25, 2024. Forsyth, with a notable background including leadership roles at London’s Air Ambulance and EY, brings substantial governance and healthcare service experience to the company’s board. The company also acknowledges Mike Rogers’ departure from the board after nine years of service.
