TotalEnergies SE disclosed a series of share transactions by senior executives, including Chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanné and several Executive Committee members, who reinvested dividends from the exercise of stock options into the company’s international employee shareholder plan. The off-market acquisitions, carried out in euros on 8 January 2026 at an indicated price of €53.2548 per share, underscore ongoing alignment between top management and shareholders and reflect the group’s continued use of employee share ownership as a tool to strengthen internal engagement and long-term equity participation, in line with UK Market Abuse Regulation disclosure requirements.
