TotalEnergies SE ( (FR:TTE) ) has issued an announcement.

TotalEnergies SE disclosed that, under shareholder authorizations granted in May 2025 and in line with applicable share repurchase regulations, it bought back 375,545 of its own shares between 6 and 7 January 2026 across several European trading venues. The purchases, executed at a daily weighted average price of €54.64 per share for a total outlay of about €20.5 million, form part of the company’s ongoing capital management strategy, signaling continued efforts to return cash to shareholders and manage its equity base within its broader energy transition and growth plans.
