Total Metals ( (TSE:TT) ) has issued an update.
Total Metals Corp. has closed the second and final tranches of both its flow-through and hard dollar non-brokered private placements, bringing total gross proceeds to approximately C$5.51 million from the flow-through offering and C$3.24 million from the hard dollar offering. The flow-through financing, issued through critical mineral and national flow-through units with attached warrants, is earmarked for qualifying exploration expenditures that will be renounced to investors, and is intended to advance the company’s Electrolode, High Lake and West Hawk Lake projects in Ontario, while the hard dollar proceeds will support working capital and general corporate purposes. The financings, which included cash finder’s fees and the issuance of finder warrants, remain subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval and carry a four‑month-plus‑one‑day statutory hold period on all securities, reinforcing the company’s funding base for continued critical minerals and gold exploration in a strategically important mining district.
