TOT BIOPHARM International Co. Ltd. has announced the adjournment of its annual general meeting (AGM), now rescheduled to June 26, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting, which will continue to be held in a hybrid format at Wheelock House in Hong Kong, will also include the re-election of Mr. Chang, Hong-Jen as an independent non-executive director.
