Jennifer Paquette has decided not to seek re-election on the board of Tortoise Midstream Energy Fund, Inc. at the next annual meeting; a decision made without any dispute over the company’s operations or policies. In a strategic move, the board has appointed Matthew Sallee, the current President and Managing Director, as the new CEO following Courtney Gengler’s departure to explore new opportunities. Sallee, with an extensive background at the company since 2005, will assume his new role while continuing as President.
