Jennifer Paquette has decided not to seek re-election on the board of Tortoise Midstream Energy Fund, Inc. at the next annual meeting; a decision made without any dispute over the company’s operations or policies. In a strategic move, the board has appointed Matthew Sallee, the current President and Managing Director, as the new CEO following Courtney Gengler’s departure to explore new opportunities.
