Torq Resources Inc. has announced a partnership with Gold Fields Limited, outlining a plan where Gold Fields can earn up to a 75% interest in Torq’s Santa Cecilia copper-gold project in Chile by investing US$48 million over six years. The Santa Cecilia project is strategically located in a renowned mining region and the deal is contingent upon shareholder approval and the completion of Gold Fields’ due diligence.
