Torq Resources Inc. has announced the successful completion of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$85,000 in the final tranche and securing a $300,000 loan to bolster working capital. The loan adds to a total debt of $2.8 million, accompanied by the issuance of share purchase warrants exercisable until mid-2025, subject to regulatory approval and ownership limitations.
