TORQ Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has released its consolidated financial results for the nine months ended July 31, 2024, reporting a slight increase in net sales by 2.3%, but a decrease in both ordinary profit and profit attributable to owners by 15.4% and 13.5% respectively. The company’s capital adequacy ratio improved to 39.0%, up from 37.7% as of October 31, 2023. Despite these mixed results, TORQ Inc. maintains a consistent dividend payout, forecasting an annual total of 6.00 yen per share for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2024.
