Torex Gold Resources (TSE:TXG) has released an update.
Torex Gold Resources Inc. has successfully concluded its 2024 annual meeting, where shareholders re-elected seven Directors and re-appointed Rick Howes as the Chair of the Board. Tony Giardini did not seek re-election after three years of service. The meeting also saw the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s auditors, with overwhelming support for the nominated Directors and auditor reflected in the voting results.
