Topps Tiles Updates Share Capital and Voting Rights

Topps Tiles (GB:TPT) has released an update.

Topps Tiles PLC has announced that their total issued share capital is now 196,681,818 ordinary shares, with the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) holding 16,725 shares to fulfill future obligations under the company’s share plans. The EBT will not exercise voting rights or receive dividends for these shares. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company has been adjusted to 196,665,093, a figure that shareholders will use to determine their notification requirements under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
