Topps Tiles Acquires CTD Brand and Stores

Topps Tiles (GB:TPT) has released an update.

Topps Tiles PLC expands its reach by acquiring the CTD Tiles brand, along with 30 stores and select assets, for £9 million. The move is expected to enhance Topps Tiles’ presence in the housebuilder sector and the Architect and Designer market, with the acquisition being accretive to earnings for the fiscal year 2025. Topps Group CEO Rob Parker expresses enthusiasm for the integration and the progression towards the company’s sales goals.
