Topaz Energy Corp and Tourmaline Oil Corp have successfully closed a $345 million secondary offering of Topaz common shares, increasing the company’s trading liquidity. Tourmaline, the selling shareholder, is reducing its equity position in Topaz as the latter continues to grow as an independent royalty and infrastructure company.
