Top Spring International Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Cheng Yuk Wo from his role as an independent non-executive director and various committee chairmanships due to other business commitments, effective 30 September 2024. In his stead, Mr. Chan So Kuen, with over 20 years of experience in finance, has been appointed to the board and will assume the vacated committee roles on the same date. The Board has extended gratitude to Mr. Cheng for his contributions and confirmed Mr. Chan’s independence and lack of conflicts of interest in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing rules.
