Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd. has invited shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to vote on the proposed sale and leaseback of Eden Lassie Agave Farm property, excluding key distillery assets. The transaction aims to boost working capital and reduce debt. Additionally, the EGM will consider issuing equity to directors instead of cash fees to cut operating costs for the financial year.
