Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd. has formally applied for the quotation of a new class of securities on the ASX, agreeing to comply with the Appendix 2A of the ASX Listing Rules as of 1 July 2024. The securities are part of a previously announced transaction detailed in an Appendix 3B, with the issuance date also set for 1 July 2024. Entities incorporated outside of Australia, such as Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd., are required to provide an International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) when seeking quotation for securities without CDIs.
