Top Form International Limited has announced the proposed appointment of Mr. Tai Lun Paul as an independent non-executive Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM on 28 November 2024. Mr. Tai, who brings over 30 years of experience in corporate development and a strong background in finance and acquisitions, will also join the audit, compensation, and nomination committees if appointed. The Board has expressed its welcome to Mr. Tai and his director’s fee has been set at HK$200,000 per annum.
