Top Form International Limited has expanded its holdings by acquiring 40% of the issued share capital of an unnamed target company for HK$19,000,000, leading to the target becoming an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction is deemed discloseable and connected, meeting the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s requirements for reporting due to its significance, but it does not require independent shareholder approval. Payment for the acquisition will be made in two equal tranches in July 2025 and July 2026.
