Top Education Group Ltd has announced the re-designation of Ms. Xing Shi Huang and Mr. Qingquan Yang from non-executive to executive Directors, effective from October 2024. Ms. Huang will supervise administrative functions and maintain her role in the nomination committee, while Mr. Yang will focus on expanding the company’s presence in the Greater China region. Both appointments come with revised compensation packages in line with market conditions and their new expanded responsibilities.
