Tony G Co-Investment Holdings Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $5.16 million through the issuance of 12 million common shares at a price of $0.43 per share. The proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, subject to necessary approvals. The shares will carry a four-month hold period as per regulatory requirements.
