China Tonghai International Financial Limited has announced its intention to renew annual caps for ongoing connected transactions involving Connected Dealings Services and Connected Margin Loans until the end of 2027. The renewal and financial terms are subject to independent shareholder approval, with a special general meeting (SGM) set to vote on the matter.
