Tongdao Liepin Group has engaged in a discloseable transaction with XIB, subscribing to wealth management products valued at RMB 15 million and RMB 120 million through its subsidiaries. These short-term, principal-guaranteed structured deposit products are pegged to the EUR/USD exchange rate and carry a low-risk level, with a guaranteed minimum return. The subscriptions, which were funded by redeeming previous deposits, do not require shareholder approval but must be announced under the listing rules.
