Tongdao Liepin Group’s recent AGM saw overwhelming shareholder support for all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of executive directors, authorization of director remuneration, and re-appointment of KPMG as auditors. Shareholders also approved a share buy-back mandate and the allotment of additional shares, alongside the adoption of the amended company articles of association.
