Tongdao Liepin Group has disclosed transactions involving the subscription of various wealth management products with the issuer XIB, for amounts totaling RMB130 million. The transactions have been funded by the redemption of previous structured deposit products and are considered discloseable under the Listing Rules, with Subscription 4 and the aggregate exceeding a 5% threshold, yet not requiring shareholder approval.
