Ltd successfully held its 2023 Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2024, with all proposed resolutions overwhelmingly passed, including the approval of the audited financial statements, Board and Supervisory Committee reports, election of board and committee members, auditor appointments, and a final dividend payment of RMB0.18 per share. The appointment of Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as the company’s auditors for the upcoming fiscal year was also confirmed.
