TOMRA Systems ASA has announced the successful issuance of a NOK 1 billion green bond with a 10-year tenure and a 4.446% annual coupon, which will be settled in October 2024. The proceeds are intended for general corporate use, including refinancing of existing debt, with interest payments tied to the Euribor plus an additional margin.
