Tombador Iron Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of director Anna Neuling, following a capital reconstruction consolidation that has led to a substantial reduction in her indirect interest in the company. The notice detailed that Neuling disposed of millions of fully paid ordinary shares and performance rights, resulting in a much smaller number of securities held after the change.
