TomaGold Corporation has announced the termination of its plans to acquire the East Block property from Chibougamau Independent Mines due to an inability to agree on commercially viable terms. Meanwhile, the company has secured extensions for work commitments on the West Block until December 2024. Additionally, TomaGold is preparing for its annual general meeting at the end of August and announced the resignation of board member Wanda Cutler.
