TomaGold Corporation has settled significant outstanding debt by issuing over 27 million common shares to creditors and has successfully closed the first tranche of a private placement, raising $265,000. The company plans to complete a second tranche aiming to raise up to $735,000. The transactions are pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
