TOM Group Sets Refined Audit Committee Standards

TOM Group (HK:2383) has released an update.

TOM Group Limited has established an Audit Committee with terms of reference that ensure compliance with the Corporate Governance Code and Listing Rules of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Committee, formed in January 2000 and amended periodically, comprises a majority of independent non-executive directors, including at least one with relevant financial expertise. Meetings are held at least twice a year, with stringent protocols for attendance, decision-making, and interaction with the company’s external auditor.
