In its latest earnings report for the first half of 2025, Tokyo Tatemono Co. reported a decline in key financial metrics compared to the previous year. The company’s operating revenues fell to ¥208,793 million, marking a 24.8% decrease, while operating profit dropped by 33.6% to ¥34,033 million.

The company’s ordinary profit also saw a significant reduction, falling by 42% to ¥27,912 million. Profit attributable to owners of the parent decreased by 35.2% to ¥20,549 million. Despite these declines, the company maintained a stable equity-to-asset ratio of 24.7% and increased its net assets to ¥555,562 million.

Looking ahead, Tokyo Tatemono Co. forecasts a moderate recovery in its financial performance for the full fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with expected operating revenues of ¥503,000 million and an operating profit of ¥86,000 million. The company remains focused on strategic growth initiatives and urban development projects to drive future performance.
