Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings has established a new Board of Directors for its subsidiary, Tokai Tokyo Securities, following approvals from both the company’s 16th Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting and the Board of Directors. The newly appointed board includes Chairman Mikio Fujii and President Naoko Kitagawa, alongside other key figures, some of whom are serving as outside directors in compliance with the Company Law.
