Tocvan Ventures Corp. successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $2.52 million through the sale of units that include common shares and warrants. The funds will be utilized to further the Pilar and Picacho Au-Ag projects in Sonora, Mexico. Additionally, the company is currently progressing with a drilling program at the Pilar Project, with initial drill results expected soon.
