Tocvan Ventures Corp. has successfully closed the first tranche of a private placement, raising $2.1 million primarily from UK investor Sorbie Bornholm LP. The funds will support ongoing RC drilling at their Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Mexico, aimed at expanding mineralized zones into new areas.
