TOCALO Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition of NEIS & TOCALO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., rebranding it as TOCALO Surface Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and increased its capital by 70 million THB to strengthen its thermal spraying processing business. This strategic move aims to improve efficiency and expand business presence in Thailand’s robust steel industry. The transaction will not affect the company’s financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2025.
