TOCALO Co., Ltd. has announced the decision by its Board of Directors to fully acquire TERADA KOSAKUSHO Co., Ltd., aiming to enhance their value to customers by integrating TERADA’s superior machine processing technology with TOCALO’s surface modification technology. The acquisition is set to transform TERADA KOSAKUSHO into a subsidiary with the transaction involving 200 shares valued at 800 million yen, resulting in TOCALO holding 100% of the voting rights.
