TNG Limited has announced an entitlement offer for shareholders, providing one free new Option for every two shares purchased, exercisable at $0.12 until 30 June 2027. The Options target investors seeking profit from share price increases in the medium to long term and are familiar with the speculative nature of mining investments. However, these Options may not be suitable for all, as they carry the risk of becoming valueless if the share price doesn’t exceed the exercise price.
