TMP Group S.p.A., an Italian tech-media company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, reported a strong 2025 performance driven by its core businesses in digital communication, hybrid events and technological solutions. The company continued to invest heavily in technology, content and event platforms, reinforcing its positioning in high-profile international projects and bolstering its financial solidity.
In 2025, consolidated revenues from sales rose 11.8% to €5.60 million, while EBITDA grew 9.0% to €1.13 million and the EBITDA margin on value of production improved to 18.6%. Net profit surged 268% to €184,000, shareholders’ equity increased to €5.56 million and the board proposed an ordinary dividend of €0.05 per share, underscoring stronger profitability, healthier core revenue mix and enhanced credibility with stakeholders.
The group invested €896,000 in intangible assets, mainly in technological solutions, content, event services and platforms, supporting future growth and innovation capacity. Strategic contracts related to Expo Osaka, Milano Cortina and the Connessioni project, together with the expansion of its real estate area, have consolidated TMP Group’s international recognition and strengthened its role in the global events and live communication market.
