Tlou Energy Director Boosts Shareholding

Tlou Energy Ltd. (AU:TOU) has released an update.

Tlou Energy Limited’s director, Hugh William Swire, has reported a significant increase in his stake in the company. Swire acquired 1.5 million ordinary shares at $0.035 each, expanding his total holdings to 14,829,799 ordinary shares, alongside 500,000 unlisted performance rights. This change in director’s interest follows a Placement that was announced and subsequently approved by shareholders.
