Tivic Health Systems, Inc. has announced Christina Valauri’s appointment to its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2024, where she will also serve on several committees and assume the chair of the Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee. Meanwhile, Karen Drexler has resigned from the Board and her committee roles, effective September 30, 2024, without any disagreements with the company. Additionally, the date for the Annual Meeting has been set for August 9, 2024, with June 17, 2024, as the record date for stockholder eligibility to vote. The company highlighted the deadlines for stockholder proposals and the address for submission in anticipation of the meeting.
